Project Type: Social Isolation and Loneliness

We provide a daily drop in for people who are lonely or socially isolated. This is a space where people can meet and make friends, contribute to community building and find support. We also provide a Community Listening Service.

Our Story

Fiona (not real name) lives alone. One day whilst walking past The Hub she was invited in for a cuppa. She came in and is now a regular. She has helped establish a knit & natter group and speaks openly about how attending has helped her feel less lonely and has made a difference to her emotional and mental wellbeing.
