Singing For The Brain sessions for people with dementia and their carers. Only been running for 20 weeks. Some people attend with their domestic carers + some from 3 local care homes . We are supported by Belmont Centre (NHS Dementia Assessment Centre Springburn) and Alzheimer’s Scotland - Startuo Funding from FICS

Our Story

We have 3 musicians + a singing leader
10 other volunteers
Attendance varies from 30 - 50 depending on whether care homes can release carers to bring residents
Amazing reaction from domestic carers
