First Fridays Friends

Project Type: Dementia

We develop relationships with people with dementia, especially trying to address isolation or loneliness. We meet monthly with a planned theme that encourages our friends to actively participate, for example playground games and rhymes. The activity is led by someone with a knowledge and understanding of how people with memory loss might engage.
