Delivering packs of used household goods to people who have been homeless and now have a new tenancy but no funds to furnish the home.
Our Story
A new project has started with New Pathways in Dundee where they work with Dundee Starter Packs to completely furnish a home for a vulnerable person before they take over the tenancy. One person who had been living under the arches of the Tay Bridge received a furnished home and is now being supported by New Pathways. Eight homes have been completely furnished and most of the new tenants cried when they saw the way their new home had been furnished.
